Custom Service Agreements (SLAs)

When Equip signs custom contracts, SLAs, and vendor paperwork, and how to request them for larger engagements.

Equip signs custom paperwork (MSAs, SLAs, DPAs, vendor forms) only for engagements with an annual contract value (ACV) of $25,000 or more. Below that threshold, all customers use Equip under the standard public terms.

Equip is a product-led, fully self-serve platform. Every customer is covered by the standard Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Pricing page.

Billing is subscription-based: choose a plan (Standard, Premium, or Elite) for a monthly credit allowance, and top up credits directly in the product if you need more. Please evaluate Equip using these publicly available documents.

What Can Be Customized

Whether Equip can accommodate custom paperwork depends entirely on your projected annual contract value:

Custom paperwork for larger engagements is considered, not guaranteed. Each request is reviewed individually, so share your requirements early.

How to Request One

If your projected ACV meets the $25,000 threshold, share your requirements with the Equip team:

1. Estimate your annual contract value

   Work out your expected yearly spend on Equip credits. Custom paperwork is only reviewed when the projected ACV is $25,000 or more.

2. Gather your requirements

   Collect the documents you need reviewed, such as your MSA, SLA, DPA, or vendor forms, along with any specific redlines.

3. Contact the Equip team

   Reach out via live chat in the product or email [e-mail]. Include your projected ACV, your requirements, and your timeline so the team can review and respond.

If your ACV is below the threshold, you can still start immediately. Equip is self-serve, so you can create an account, run a pilot with the 10 free trial credits every new team receives, and scale up under the standard terms without any paperwork.

Do you sign our MSA, SLA, or DPA for a pilot or small purchase?

No, not for ACV under $25,000. Please proceed under the standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Can you complete our security questionnaire?

For ACV under $25,000, Equip does not complete bespoke questionnaires. Use the public documents for your evaluation.

Can you change governing law, indemnity, or confidentiality clauses?

No changes are made for ACV under $25,000. These clauses are standardized in the Terms of Service.
